Disasters worldwide have taught us that cell phones, email, and conventional communications are among the first casualties. Laguna Niguel Auxiliary Communications Service volunteers assist in making that outcome less of a problem and to help those in danger.
Laguna Niguel Auxiliary Communication Service (ACS) is seeking volunteers to provide emergency ham radio support to the City emergency services.
